This post is a gentle reminder to all parents that the PIBG 20th Annual General Meeting is exactly one week from today. It is going to be held on the 20th of February 2011. Registration counters will open at 1030am and the meeting will commence at 11am with speeches delivered by our Pengetua Cemerlang, Encik Mothar bin Jaafar and Yang Dipertua PIBG, Encik Rudy Yong Yek Yeau.
The PIBG has been actively involved in helping out the school over the years under the guidance of our PIBG Yang Dipetua, Encik Rudy Yong Yek Yeau in many areas may it be student's welfare and social development, academics, co-curricular activities, ICT, maintenance and beautification of school. The PIBG has committed a lot to upgrading the Dewan Perdana PIBG for the comfort of students and teachers with the installation of new energy-saving lights and the mist-cooling system plus the upgrading of the stage flooring. The students' toilets have also been upgraded to five star toilets plus the basketball court and volleyball court too have beeen given a facelift, thanks to the PIBG.
Our PIBG needs the support of parents in many ways to help the school and its students. So, please make some time for us next Sunday and turn up for the PIBG AGM. We are counting on your participation and the AGM that day will also see the election of committee members for the 2011/2012 period, so your vote also plays an important part. Come join us on the 20th of February 2011. We hope to see all of you there. For students who are reading this post, please remind your parents to come for the meeting. Thank you
